Elise cut her teeth in the communications field at The Financial Services Roundtable (now the Bank Policy Institute), a Washington DC-based trade association, during the financial crisis. Prior to joining Rally Point, she served as Director of Communications and Marketing at the Committee for Economic Development, now a part of The Conference Board.
A graduate of Dickinson College, Elise is a former board member of Washington Women in Public Relations. She lives in Maryland with her husband and children.
