Opportunity

  • Qolo was a seed-funded startup with no public profile, a placeholder website, no messaging, and no marketing.

Our Strategy

  • Position Qolo as the “payments hub for the New Economy” and CEO Patricia Montesi as its face and voice 
  • Move “payments” from staid to modern and dynamic
  • Built messaging reflecting the needs of modern business (gig workers, gift cards, cross-border transactions, etc.)
  • Created a dynamic content plan to build on their positioning
  • Introduced Qolo to all external audiences through a campaign that included content, media relations and influencer engagement

Results

  • Drove inbound client outreach
  • During fundraising, attracted direct venture capital interest as a result of placements
